4. Payments
All payments must be made as agreed before or during service delivery
Payments are non-refundable once work has started
Late payments may result in paused or terminated services

You retain ownership of your content and YouTube channel
VIDORA may use anonymized results or case studies for marketing unless agreed otherwise
Any internal systems, frameworks, or materials remain the property of VIDORA
